In order that we could favourably advertise your realty and offer our brokerage services in selling it, or seek a possible investor for common investment, please put at our disposal as many data as possible about the realty in question, especially the following:
- land-register certificate of possession (ownership),
- a copy of the cadaster plan,
- city-planning conditions or an extract from the development plan in which is visible the foreseen purpose of the location in question (if it is a land plot), location permit or building permit,
- exact surface of the flat/house, ground plans and distribution of rooms ( if it is a finished object),
- photos, leaflets, brochures and other materials (if you have them) in order better to present and advertise the realty.
